EXTRA TIME Additional time may be negotiated during the event for an additional fee. CONDUCT Dan Jones Entertainments can not be held responsible for the conduct of the audience. EQUIPMENT Dan Jones Entertainments will be fully reimbursed by the client for any theft or damage subjected to equipment supplied if caused by any person other than our personnel or sub-contractors whilst at the location of the event. CANCELLATION If a contract is cancelled all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of performers or equipment within two months of the event date will incur a charge of the total fee. |
